Online degree while working: good or bad?

I’m working a boring customer service job that takes about 40h a week. I’d like to start a degree in one of the following fields:

• psychology

• programming (coding)

• management

I feel rather strongly that I can’t do all, but maybe there’s a curriculum that covers multiple areas?

If I was to choose only one specific topic, what are some good online courses?
