Best place to live with a high school education?

I’m just curious about where in the us is the cheapest and most affordable living, with only a high school education? I did a couple year of college, never earned a degree. I have qualifications in certain fields but that doesnt matter for my question. Where is the best place to live? Cheapest rent, highest pay, lowest taxes, in the United States?
