Degree and licensure required to teach elementary in your state

I earned a Bachelors in Liberal Studies a while back with the idea to teach English at the high school level. I live in Oregon, so to teach high school you need to do a graduate program in Education and then, preferably earn a Masters. I had no help and an instructor running the Education class/program that I didn't click with at all. Since dropping out of that program, I have worked with elementary kids at a tutoring center. This experience, more than anything at school, inspired me to learn that I like working with elementary students more than I would enjoy teaching high school. My question is basically in the title. I would be willing to move to a different state to teach elementary there. I just haven't found a place to find the different state's requirements to teach elementary there. So please, let me know what degrees, further schooling, and license programs are required to work as an elementary teacher where you are from. Or, let me know if there is a resource, or link to a site that may have this information. Thank you.
