Suggested Readings (etc) for a University-level course of Multicultural Education

It's in my general field, so I have some ideas where I want to take it. I've taught several relevant courses before.

But looking for a few suggestions. General ones are fine, as well, but:

1. Anyone have a suggestion for the best/more scathing argument AGAINST multicultural education?
2. Any particular suggestions for where to begin?
3. Do you suggest doing more of a 'survey' course? Or taking one topic and going a longer distance with that? (I am always partial to the latter)
4. I've seen plenty of syllabi online, but any that you have that you think were particularly good?
5. Any suggestions for a final project/paper?
   
6. Any suggestions for NON-TEXTUAL materials? videos, podcasts, films, etc.
