How would you close a $112 million education budget deficit?

So far in Feb. '25 nearly a thousand San Diego school district employees have volunteered to take early retirement. While this helps the budget, it also creates a sudden vacuum of experienced teachers and staff members. I would like to read what else can be done to raise money for the school district.💡
