Looking to learn separate courses/degrees

I'm 17 currently living in England and have recently a few months ago took a love in learning and extending my GPA before university in 2017/8.

I am currently taking a 2 year degree in public college (half way through) but still am not happy as I will not show much for my application to university.

What I want to learn on the side is Business and Psychology (Mainly) to help me personally and not just to add to my application.

I am wondering if there are any types of side courses I can learn in any way (part time courses) my days are very short and I go 3 days a week anyway so I can learn much more.

I don't know if this is the right sub-reddit
