I have.a question regarding the role of the ARD committee in determining services for a student in Special Education. If an ARD committee decided that they believe that a student needs to receive certain services, such as an aide to accompany a student with muscular dystrophy, can that determination be denied by a special education director? Also, who are the voting members of the ARD in making the determination?
