Teaching English literature to non-native speaker undergraduates

Hello! I have an interview to teach English Literature at a university in Europe. I was wondering if anyone knew of any resources about teaching Eng Lit to non-native (although good level) English speakers? Problems/ how to adapt to their level/ etc. I've had a Google but I just keep getting stuff about teaching ESL through literature, which isn't the same.
