I sort of got voluntold to do prom this year after the last lady backed out. The venue is basically a conference center(so very formal and blah), and there are strict rules and limitations about decorating (can’t hang anything, nothing on the walls etc). I’m racking my brain for a theme that would go well in this space but also actually look nice, because the last several years have been awful.
For the record, the following are out since they were used in recent years: Gatsby, garden, masquerade, and beach. Ideally I’d like something unique, something I could transform this place with so they have a nice prom, but all suggestions are welcome.
