Pursuing MS in organizational development

Hello, all! I have been in recruiting and talent talent acquisition for about 7 years. I spent three years in an administrative / operations room where I learned the business inside and out including how to manage a P&L. Then I moved into a recruiting role with a different company and I've been promoted multiple times into positions with increasing responsibility. I'm currently an in-house recruiter and my position becomes more strategic each day. In addition to headhunting I also develop long term diversity plans. I currently earn about 70k.

My career goals are to be a senior client services director or talent acquisition director with a focus on performance management and development. Would it make sense for me to pursue a master's degree in organizational development and leadership at this time? I have a very brief background in management but I have a plethora of experience in coaching and development.
