What to go for: GW or PACE and why?

If you want to pursue a masters in publishing ONLINE and had to choose between two universities:

- George Washington University

- PACE university

Which would you choose and WHY?

Everyone says NY is the hub for publishing and rightfully so but if you're studying online, do you think that would make a difference? You're not in it for networking or doing internship-- do you think choosing a university in NY is still better perhaps? Does that reflect on the quality of education maybe?
