I am writing a grant for an education nonprofit. This nonprofit collects broken technology and teaches students how to fix it and then donates the technology to those students. One argument that I am making in my grant is that 12% of families in Indiana do not have access to technology. That's around 300,000 families. However, there are more than 200,000 Amish families as well. Does anybody have experience using data from the Census Bureau? I can't find information on their site. I want to believe that they normalized for Amish families.
