Good idea? App for Online Livestream Socratic Learning

Hi r/education,

my name is Jon and I love learning. I am working on creating a platform where people who want to learn to teach can enter a livestream classroom of ten students and teach on a subject. This could be masters students wanting to workshop a presentation or someone with a hobby that'd like to sharpen their skills and collaborate with others in a respectful environment. Does that sound like an idea that would be helpful for people wanting to learn?
