No idea what to study at Uni

I’m current doing my A levels ( first year ). My subjects are Business, History and Psychology. I have no real serious interest in any field and I have no idea what Bacehlor degree to do or whatever. I kinda like geography and the environment. I like art. I like interior designing. I like fashion. I love travelling. What can I study?? If I want a job in PR or social media or being a personal assistant what degree should I pursue? I dont want a 9-5 office job btw, I like being creative. Please help
