Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone has experience being a VP in a private religious school? Would you recommend it? What was your workload like? I have an interview lined up this Friday but I’m just wondering if it’s worth it. I currently have a permanent teaching position but I want to explore administration options. If I get/accept the job, I would just be taking a sabbatical leave for a year.
