Hi there!
Just before the pandemic struck, I had a meeting with my supervisor asking me to think of a science elective that I'd like to teach in the next year or so (I'm a high school chemistry teacher). I have landed on the "Biochemistry of Foods" and I have a lot of great content, but I'm at a loss for how I start developing the curriculum for this (more just organizational supports). If anyone has any resources or ideas or curriculum development templates, I'd love to hear about those! Thanks in advance!
