First Publication - A Framework to Leverage and Mature Learning Ecosystems

I'm excited to have my first published paper! I thought I'd share it here in case it's helpful to anyone. This paper was written as part of my final Master's project.

I was inspired to write this paper because I've seen alot of misconceptions about learning ecosystems and it has unfortunately become an industry buzz word. However the holistic and ecological perspective of a learning ecosystem has a lot of value. I've also seen vendors trying to sell organizations a "learning ecosystem" when the truth is that every organization has a learning ecosystem already, whether they pay attention to it or not.

I hope this will be helpful or interesting to some.
