My ideal age group is K-2 but I've gotten hired as the lead teacher for a summer program for the grade 3-6 age group. This is also my first job outside of school and as a lead. I'm very nervous and want to do a good job but I don't know anything about this age group. I was also hoping somebody could tell me reasons they enjoy working with that age group.
