How do I get rid of a IEP?

I don’t need a IEP and I want to get rid of it. I don’t need extra help and I know what’s best for me I am my own person no one else can tell me who I am or what I need. I’ll get a lawyer I don’t need a IEP and my parents aren’t budging at all. I am so pissed tf off about it since I am not normal or anything. I am done with special ed classes and all that. I am smart enough to move out of them and I am acing all of my classes. I didn’t need a IEP to begin with and have always been ahead of my peers in my classes, I am not challenged at all nor do I learn anything. I am in inclusion for history and I haven’t learned anything that I didn’t know already we don’t go in-depth at all or anything, physics I know everything pretty much don’t go in depth literally everything I know it’s not fair nor right. Idgaf I want it gone and I am willing to do anything to get rid of it
