How do you feel about the technology at your university?

Hello there.

I am a junior studying Computer Information Systems. I have to write a recommendation report for a writing class and need some good primary research.

So I am here to ask the community about the technology available at their respective universities. Whether it is technology specific to a major, the machines in a computer lab, or anything in between, I would like to know how you feel about the equipment you are operating during your studies.

Should your university upgrade their technology? Is the load up time on the computer lab computers ridiculously slow? Is the engineering department still in the Industrial Revolution?

Or maybe you are fortunate enough to be able to use state of the art technology.
