I'm just starting on my information journey. I went to a private school from 1995-2003. I remember there being a tax credit? that my parents received.. or maybe I'm just realizing school vouchers. But I'm working on a theory (that probable already exists and I'm already out of my depth so if there are studies or articles about this please share them with me) but a theory that the introductions of standardized tests in NCLB was so that private schools would end up with equal and/or exceeding test scores to show that school vouchers should have more power than public schools. Any help or thoughts on this would be so helpful.
