Hi everyone! I'm a long-time teacher who will be job-searching for the first time in over a decade. I'm currently employed at a school, but am just looking for a change.
Having been out of the game for so long, what are some of the resume and cover letter trends that administrators are looking for now?
For example, it is my understanding that placing the "objective" at the top of the resume is no longer expected. What other headings do most of you use to organize your resumes? Any stylistic trends? Are you still keeping your resume one page? What about cover letters?
