Most of the US is doing on line by now, with varying degrees of success. Honestly, I think most districts are just flying by the seat of their pants, which is fine for now. On line service delivery platforms will get better, IMO. And it's long overdue.
Here's my question: when Districts figure out the enormous cost savings, will this become the standard delivery model?
