Canvas course closing? Conducting research on student #s/uploads, don't want to lose data!

Greetings! I am closing my Canvas (Free for Teachers) course soon, but I can't find information on what happens after. I want to be able to see everything in the course in its current state in order to research what happened to student numbers, responses, etc. as time went on. Would anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
