If I teach in a middle school for a while, will I have a harder time applying to high schools in the future?

I just graduated from college with a degree in middle/high school math. I was looking to teach high school, but I'm finding that as a first-year teacher I am having more success with finding jobs in middle schools. I am open to teaching middle school, but I think 5-10 years down the road I would like to switch to a high school.

Will my grown experiences in a middle school environment dissuade high schools from hiring me in the future?
