Just got hired as instructional coach! Who has been your best instructional coach and why?
I just got hired as an instructional coach at another elementary school in my town. I am super nervous because I’m not a very confident person and can doubt myself sometimes. However, this has been my dream job for a couple years now!
Who has been your best instructional coach? Why? How did they help you? What methods work best for you when you are having conversations with them?
What have been your worst experiences with coaches? Why? What didn’t work for you?
