My child has several learning disabilities and stopped receiving extra help when schools closed down. What can I do to help make up for this over the summer?

We’re still trying to socially distance because my partner has a health condition, so we’re in a bit of a conundrum. I’m taking some time off work to home school her over the summer, and I’m wondering if anyone could recommend some ideas or resources that could be helpful for teaching a child with learning disabilities? I have some experience teaching but I’ve never taught children with special needs. She’s 10 and has ADHD, dyslexia, and dysgraphia. Any advice would be appreciated!
