Should I go to an elite school in NY or an boarding school in Switzerland?

I am facing a huge dilemma, my parents gave me the option of going to a boarding school in Switzerland at the level of schools like '' The American School Switzerland - TASIS '', Institut Le Rosey and etc.

Or go to one of the most prestigious schools in NY that operate on a 'semi boarding' level (Monday through Friday I slept at school and weekend at home).

I really want to go to one of these schools and spend the rest of my school life there; I am currently 14 years old. Because of the pandemic we decided to postpone my entry into high school and I am currently using this year to improve my foreign languages ​​(I speak French, English and Spanish perfectly and I am learning German and Chinese); I'm talking about my languages ​​because I think it's relevant since I'm considering going to Switzerland.

I love my family but they can visit me every month in Switzerland so getting away from them would not be a big problem. As for my closest friends, half of them will stay in NY and others will go to schools in Switzerland or UK, so if I stay in NY or go to Switzerland I will choose friend A for B.

So you in my place would choose what to go to boarding school in Switzerland or a semi boarding school in NY?
