Why are psychology courses always so easy?

I’ve noticed that my friends always tell me how easy their psych classes are and how it’s the easy class to take to pass but why is this the case? Surely, every subject entertains concepts as complex as any other but why is it that in the education of psychology, it’s rare to find a challenging course?
