I had a super productive day today...I'm really feeling good right now.

So basically, I did all of my stuff to apply to National Junior Honor Society. I feel very happy. I wrote the entire essay and did everything in one day. I also worked a little bit on science. I did all my english and social studies homework and a little bit of science homework yesterday... feeling good.

I want to write out my plan for the rest of today.

5:00-6:00 relax

6:00-7:00 eat

7:00-8:00 math and rest of regular science homework

Tomorrow I'll finish up my science project. So yeah... I'm feeling good.

By the way, I deal with extreme anxiety and depression so today was an outstanding day in my head. Most of my anxiety and depression are related to covid and school.

My message to y'all with anxiety or depression- don't push yourself too hard. Set some reasonable goals for the day and don't binge watch youtube/tv/tiktok

My message to y'all who are procrastinating- make a schedule or a list and follow it. But first, remove all distractions and STOP SCROLLING THROUGH REDDIT. :)
