Hi, I was wondering whether or not it is worth going to the USA for university? If I were to go to the US, it would only be if I was accepted into a very prestigious school.
All my siblings studied in the US and said it was a great experience and recommend it over UK unis, but they all only studied in the US. That’s why I’m seeking someone who knows what both environments are like and could give me some advice.
I’m mostly interested in whether or not a degree from a good uni in the states be more useful than a degree from a good uni in the Uk, or even Europe. Where is funner, parties etc and also if Americans really are far friendlier.
If anyone could give me some advice, let me know. (I am lucky enough to be able to afford both options so cost is not one of the big factors)
