What to pursue after Undergraduate?

I’ve been bouncing around this sub for a little while and thought this would be the place to ask about what I should pursue after my undergraduate degree. Currently, I’m an English major, education minor, applying into a Secondary Teacher Education Preparation (STEP) program. I’ll be earning my license to teach during my senior year and will be looking for a full time job after graduation. I’m very interested in getting my Master’s in something Education related, but am hesitating on going to Graduate school right after my Undergraduate; I don’t know what I’d get my Master’s in.

Are there ways that I can find out what I’m interested in (e.g. Education policy, Educational leadership, Curriculum development, etc.) between graduation and working full time? Or will I just know after teaching for a couple of years? Are there are tips or pieces of advice I should know?
