Hi. I’m looking for a Canadian to ask him/her couple of questions.

I am a Ukrainian, I’m 17y.o. and I’m thinking of migrating to another country and I wonder if I can make it to the Canada. I want to know if there is free Education, how much does it cost if not, how much costs living there etc, maybe other details I don’t know of yet. I will be very greatful for your help, even if you don’t know everything. Thanks in advance.
