How to self-teach mathematics?

Context:
Polish expat, studying 3rd year of economics in Denmark, student job as business analyst. Poor family, no money for studies - not even in homeland - Denmark is money-feasible for international students (but still had limited options for English-taught courses and had to choose the cheapest city possible).

Here's the question:
Can someone recommend me some path for self-teaching math? I would really love to go deeper into it than I had on my studies. I've seen a video on YouTube listing all the books that would make me on a math bachelor degree level, but I'd love to hear other opinions.
There's also some distant family of mine that is a math professor at some local university in Poland and she could consider giving me the materials + exam-like questions for me to learn.
