Hello. What is a single cycle master's degree.

I am in the final year of high school and i'm considering my options for veterinary medicine in different universities. When I was searching for options in Italy i came across the term "single cycle maser's degree". It is a 5 year programme but I don't understand whether it is a bachelor or a master's degree. Normally for veterinary medicine the bachelor is 5-6 years and the master is 2 years. Can anyone explain?
