Today I was graded -4 in English, which is my secondary langauge. I speak english like it was my mother tounge, and I have literally no norwegian accent. The problem is that I didn't learn my script by heart, so I was reading most of what I was presentating. This made me get a -4, which is a pretty bad grade.
Imagine if I wore to search for a job in customer service, and they saw that my grade was -4 in english, they would definitely not hire me, because that means that I'm bad, even though I speak the language fluently, with no norwegian accent.
Why are we graded like this? To me this seems pretty unfair.
