How Can a student go about asking the professor to see an exam

I studied hard and long for my 4th-year exam. I'm very surprised on how I ended up with the mark that I received. However, I am more than willing to accept the mark that I have been given. My university doesn't give us our exam back so we can't see our mark breakdown, only we ask for an appointment.

How can I about asking my professor to see my exam without seeming like I am complaing. Thank you
