I'm a high school science teacher and was informed recently that our new principal wants to build a makerspace in our school. We have a budget of roughly 10K and an unused library space ready to be transformed. What essential equipment should we look to get to make this a usable space for both staff and students? What advice do you have that would make this place awesome?
