Homeschool thoughts?

Hi, all! I'm considering homeschooling next year.

My Circumstances: 8th Grader Have One Act and Forensics Don't have many friends Am very advanced at English class Not too good at math Have a sibling at a school 15 minutes away from where I would go

I've made a pros and cons list, if any of you are interested

Pros: 1. Wouldn't have to deal with the school system being stupid 2. Would save a lot of money 3. Schedule is flexible 4. No tardies (I am tardy a lot, usually only by 3 or 4 minutes, sometimes 15) 5. Could still go to school if I am sick 6. I can work at my own pace 7. I can learn more of what I want to learn 8. Wouldn't have to get a phone plan 9. My mom would choose my cirriculum instead of common core teaching me things that I have already been taught in previous years (My Algebra 1 class, this whole semester, has just been review of Pre-Algebra) 10. Could graduate early 11. My mom would save a lot of gas, seeing as we would only have to go to one school that is 5 minutes away instead of going to one that is 5 minutes away and one that is 15 minutes away

Cons: 1. I wouldn't have as many friends 2. The work would be harder 3. I might go stir-crazy 4. My mom would get to interact with her friends at the school less often 5. I couldn't go to One Act 6. I couldn't go to Forensics 7. Less space to work 8. I would have more access to food 9. There would be costs to order the ITBS for me 10. My mom would have to go through the hassle of administrating the ITBS

What are your opinions? Thanks in advanced!
