Looking for ideas on the best way to teach kids to wash their hands after going to the bathroom

I teach Grade 3 and find/hear about kids going #1 or #2 and not washing their hands all year. We talk about germs, talk about sickness and just how gross it is but nothing seems to get through! I sure would appreciate some ideas on what may have worked for you. I’m desperate and would value videos, activities, projects or anything else you have!
