I’m looking for help/suggestion on an easy Masters degree for someone employed full time

I’m currently employed full time and looking to complete a Masters degree purely “to check the box”. It’s for my current employer and I need that box checked to advance. They don’t care what it’s in.

I’m looking for something relatively easy as I have a full time job. My background is in Aviation but would probably like the degree in something else for a little variety and my employer would probably like that. Thanks for any suggestions.
