I want to know if my grades are good enough to get into a good uni

So I just got my IGCSE results and my grades were below my expectations. I am going to go into Sixth Form now and do Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics for Year 12 and 13. I'm also going to write the BMAT, UKCAT, NEET, and SAT exams. I just want to know if my grades will get me into a good university in the UK for medicine. Maybe Cambridge if possible, but otherwise something like Imperial.

Math - 6

Biology - 8

Chemistry - 7

Physics - 7

English Language A - 7

Music - 6

Computer Science - 6

Geography - 6

English as a second language - 6 with grade distinction in speaking

Design and Technology - 7
