Do colleges car about high percentiles?

Im an 8th grader and I just got my results back for my state tests. Ive been scoring 95th percentile on ELA and 90th on math since about sixth grade. Do colleges really look at this stuff? Im assuming they do but does it matter very much in the grand scheme of things? Im sorry if this sounded braggy, didn't intent it to sound like that
