Male teachers fashion advice - something other than shirt and tie

I'm a male teacher, grade 7/8, and dress pants/shirt and tie isn't my thing. I'm 26, in my fifth year of teaching, it's always been casual with all staff. Only admin wears a shirt and tie. I'm tired of just wearing polos and khakis though. I want to vary my clothes. I like to be very current, pretty hipster, but not scream for attention.

Outfit suggestions other than shirt and tie, and polos?
