How to fix high school grade for university?

If I finished high school with relatively bad grades, but I now want to go to a top-tier university (UOfT, Harvard, Yale, etc). Is there a way to fix my high school grade? (Do I have to redo grade 12?) Thanks P.S. I'm in Canada, do we don't have SAT and stuff P.P.S. I would want to become a lawyer, if that helps
