Next week I will start interviewing candidates for an Assistant Principal position available in my private school next year. I have prepared a long list of questions and study cases I can pick on during the 16 interviews I will run.
I am curious to see if you would have some questions to suggest, "out of the box", that could inspire me and reveal the best candidates. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
