I'm hoping to learn about elementary students' experiences (for a teaching credential class)

If anyone is willing to help by asking an elementary student to briefly answer the following questions, that'd be so helpful! Questions are below or they could complete a survey here.

1. What is the hardest book you have ever read? If you had to choose, would you read out loud in small groups, read to yourself, or be read to by the teacher?
2. What type of math problems do you have most difficulty with? How do you act when you have to face challenges at school, like with math?
3. Describe your home life by answering these questions. Who do you live with? Do you have siblings? What language do you speak at home?
4. Tell me three things you enjoy doing outside of school.
5. What kind of technology do you have access to at home? -- wifi/internet, computer/laptop, personal cell phone.
6. What do you do after school on school nights?
7. Do you need or have you received any extra help during class with reading, writing, math, or listening? Explain.
