MTEL Competency in Reading and Writing - test prep materials/courses

Does anyone have any recommendations for test prep materials or online courses? I have a contract to teach in Beijing starting in August (If this virus lets up), and I need to get my teaching license before I arrive.

I was looking at doing the MTEL, subject History (have a BA in History so I'm not too worried about that), but I am worried about the competency in reading/writing subtests. Is this the quickest way to get a license? Looking for recommendations and materials to help prepare. I have now until July to get this license and I don't want to screw this up.
