Is it harder for someone to find a job with a foreign university degree in the US

Hello all,

Basically, my current plan is to finish a computer science bachelors degree in Spain at a fairly decent university (Not sure if ranking matters but as a reference, its in the 200-300 range).

So my question is as follows: If I graduate with just a bachelors degree, can I travel to the US and instantly look for a job? Or do I need an equivalence of some sort?

Another question along those lines: If i want to continue a masters degree in the US, would what I need?

Note that I am from the US but I done live there as of right now.
