I have been taking a summer class at my campus and in this class, we were using mathematical software that we had to pay $20 for a 6-months class. I bought this software 2 months ago and I used it for my homeworks and assignments like we are supposed to. A week before the final exam, the software says my trial is over, I emailed my teacher and she said she's going to contact tech support and ask them to help. A day after I reached back to the teacher but she said if I have an email saying I paid, I should be good. Long story short, the day of my final exam comes and I already have a passing grade (B) but I have to take the final and get a 60% otherwise I fail the class. I took the final knowing that I don't have enough resources but I hoped to get some of multiple-choices questions right. I got 58.7% in the end which isn't a passing grade just because the software that is needed for the exam is broken for me. I don't know who to reach out to or what to do because I feel like there's nothing more I could have done. I would appreciate any advice
